A newly opening 4-star hotel in Dalhousie is looking for energetic and customer-focused Stewards / Food & Beverage Service Associates to join our hospitality team. If you have a passion for guest service and enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Summary

The Steward / Food & Beverage Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service to guests in the hotel's restaurant, café, room service, and banquet operations. The ideal candidate should be courteous, well-groomed, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Assist with buffet, banquet, conference, and special event service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally.




- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning.
- Support other Food & Beverage operations as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

- High school qualification or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or banquet service.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Well-groomed appearance with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹9,010.26 - ₹15,000.00 per month
