We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with hands-on experience in Farvision ERP Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project and customer data, generating management reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various departments through timely MIS reporting. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of ERP operations, Excel, and real estate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day data entry and maintenance in Farvision ERP.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Prepare sales, collection, inventory, booking, cancellation, and customer reports.
- Maintain project-wise and unit-wise records in the ERP system.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates in Farvision.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Accounts, and Presales teams to collect and verify information.
- Generate reports related to customer bookings, payment schedules, outstanding dues, and receivables.
- Prepare dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Power Query, etc.).




- Track project performance and provide insights to management through MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining ERP data.
- Resolve ERP data discrepancies and coordinate with internal stakeholders for corrections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end reporting activities.
- Support management by providing ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP Software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Positive understanding of real estate sales and CRM processes.
- Knowledge of booking, inventory, collections, customer management, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
