Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Business Associates to expand our B2B sales network. This is a high-reward opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales, distribution, or the diamond/jewelry industry. The role is commission-based, with a lucrative earning potential and TA reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors).
- Promote Royale Diamonds' products and generate sales leads.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with clients.
- Expand our brand presence in the South Region (Kochi & Tamil Nadu).
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Regularly update clients on new collections and promotions.
3. Sales Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Provide periodic reports on market trends, competition, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and client requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or distribution (preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or FMCG or fashion industry).
- Robust negotiation and networking skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (TA applicable).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
