Job Overview

We are seeking a Network Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to support and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure within a financial services environment. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching, firewalls, and load balancing, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues while adhering to ITIL-based operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, configure, and maintain enterprise routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, and traffic flow
- Manage and support Cisco routers and switches, including configuration and performance monitoring
- Support and maintain firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortinet) and Citrix NetScaler load balancers
- Implement and support routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and VRF




- Configure and manage switching technologies including VLANs, trunking, STP, PVSTP, VTP, SPAN, and Port Channels
- Work with high-availability and redundancy technologies such as HSRP and VRRP
- Support network services including NAT, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, IP SLA, NetFlow, and WCCP
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL standards
- Maintain accurate network documentation and support audits and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering / Network Operations
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewalls
- Experience working with Citrix NetScaler load balancers
- Solid understanding of enterprise routing and switching protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- CCNA certification (Mandatory)
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
