We are seeking an experienced F&B; Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure high service standards, and lead the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate F&B; service staff during shifts
- Ensure service standards, grooming, and hygiene are followed
- Take guest orders and ensure accurate, timely service
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
- Assign duties and guide stewards and wait staff
- Ensure proper table setup and service readiness
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations
- Monitor stock of service items and report shortages
- Train and mentor junior service staff
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
