Job Description:

 Handling shift individually to achieve given target.

 Maintain Raw material gain as per budget in shift.

 Rejection controlling in shift.

 Maintain LDO oil 20ml/mt.

1. Key Deliverable: Handling shift individually to achieve given target

Corresponding Actions:

 Proper man power allotment and utilization

 Maintain and ensure for hourly production

 Training given to operators and utilization in malty location

 Maintain and ensure for good quality production.

 Maintain positive relationship of other departments

 Following and write all check lists.

 write log book and B-from in shift.

 Running and maintain all process equipments as per sop.

 Ensuring and following safe working of workers

 Man power handling and planning

 Critical thinking

 Good communication skills

2.Key Deliverable: Raw material gain.

Corresponding action:

 Check every two hours once raw material gain.

 Maintain all quality raw material parameters as per sop.

 Ensure all raw material going to as per furnish.





 Maintain all raw material consumption record

 Maintain all raw material parameters.

 Maintain sheet thickness for sop.

Key Competencies required

 Shift monitoring.

 Process controlling skills.

3.Key Deliverable: controlling of sheet rejection

Corresponding Actions:

 Checking of all sheet parameters every two hours.

 Quick responding and action on problems and break down.

 Time to time maintain of equipments like cutters change, spray pipe

brushing and booster pressure.

 Process controlling and problem solving skill.

4.Key Deliverable: LDO OIL COSUMPTION

Corresponding action:

 Ensure for proper spilling on templates.

 Avoiding ideal wastage of oiling.

 Check every two hours once

 Cleaning on every maintenance day oiling trays and surroundings.

 Separate to maintenance day cleaning of oil and water.

 Utilize the filtering oil.

Key Competencies required:

 Daily monitoring.

 Maintain oil consumption data.

 write log book and B-from in shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
