job Title: Civil Engineer / Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to manage and supervise Road construction projects at site. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.

* Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

* Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

* Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site.

* Handle billing, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.

* Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

* Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.





* Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* Experience: 3–10 years (depending on role level).

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

* Familiarity with IS codes, CPWD/DSR norms (preferred).

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.

Salary: 25000 to 60000

* Negotiable (based on experience and capability)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
