Position : Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualifications : BBA, MBA HR, or equivalent

Experience : 3-5 years

Location: Nagpur

Salary : up to 50K(Based on knowledge and experience)

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and recruitment databases.




- Support employer branding and recruitment drives to attract quality talent.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and timelines.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
