Position: Telecaller / Voice Process Executive

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound or receive inbound customer calls.
- Explain products, services, or offers to customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communicate clearly and politely with customers.

- Ability to work in shifts (if required).
