- Ensure a high standard of personalized, comprehensive nursing care tailored to private ward patients.
- Lead or accompany medical officers and consultants during daily clinical rounds and strictly execute their prescriptions.
- Act immediately on medical emergencies (e.g., Code Blue) or safety incidents like medication errors or falls.
- Manage high-touch interactions with patients and their relatives, addressing complaints or complex healthcare queries instantly.
- Direct and evaluate staff nurses, junior assistants, and housekeeping teams assigned to private suites
- : Educate ward staff on hospital guidelines, clinical updates, and strict healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Additional training in healthcare management is preferred.
- Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of active clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or assistant-incharge nursing role.
- Registration: Must hold an active registration certificate with the Haryana Medical Council.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
