We are looking for the Service Advisor with Mercedes-Benz Franchise Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues and service requirements.
- Conduct preliminary inspection and provide technical input based on customer concerns.
- Prepare detailed and accurate job cards with all necessary information.
- Coordinate with technicians/workshop team for timely diagnosis and repairs.
- Explain service requirements, estimates, timelines, and approvals to customers.
- Ensure transparency in repair processes and cost communication.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on status.
- Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation and service records.
- Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages when appropriate.





Mandatory Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering (Compulsory)
- Strong understanding of automobile systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)
- Basic diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and conflict resolution ability
- Basic computer knowledge (ERP / Service software)
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced workshop environment
- Team coordination and multitasking skills
