Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as a Business Development Executive. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience, including internships in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students through phone calls and explain training programs.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to support the admission process.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.




- Assist in lead generation and student engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to improve conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and admission targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or relevant internship experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for outreach is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
