Job Title: HR Manager

Company: Micro Nutrients & Bio Stimulants Company

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in a Relevant HR Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be capable of handling various human resource functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Handle employee leave management and attendance tracking.
- Verify and process employee travel bills and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.




- Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Valuable understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
