What You’ll Do

- Welcome walk-ins and booked consultations; create a calm, private, judgement-free experience.
- Assess the client’s hair situation and needs, and recommend the right solution honestly.Explain options, pricing and after-care transparently — no pressure, no illusion.
- Convert consultations into sales and coordinate the fitting / handover.
- Own the after-sales relationship: follow-ups, re-fittings and repeat visits.
- Maintain studio standards — hygiene, presentation, stock and CRM records.
- Hit monthly conversion and revenue targets while protecting trust and reputation.

Requirements

- 2–4 years in in-person consultative sales — retail, aesthetics, wellness, salon, jewellery or premium services.
- Warm, emotionally intelligent and genuinely discreet with a sensitive, personal topic.
- Presentable and confident face-to-face; able to build rapport quickly.
- Honest by instinct — comfortable recommending what’s right for the client.
- Fluent English and Hindi; Kannada a robust plus.Disciplined with CRM, follow-ups and studio SOPs

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
