Operations Manager – Vinayak Academy, Araria (Coaching Institute)

About Us

Vinayak Academy is a growing coaching institute in Araria, Bihar, serving students from Grade 6 to 12. Right now we teach offline - but our goal is to grow into an ed-tech platform that reaches students well beyond Araria through recorded lectures and online courses. We are looking for one exceptional person to take ownership of our day-to-day operations today and help us build the systems that make that transition possible. This is a growth opportunity, not just a job.

What You'll Do

You will own the operational backbone of the academy. Day to day, that means running and documenting our core processes, coordinating a team of 12 to 15 people, and keeping the institute running smoothly so the founder can focus on growth. As we move toward an online model, you'll help build the systems behind it. Your responsibilities will include:

- Documenting and improving processes (student enrolment, fee collection, attendance, teacher schedules)
- Managing daily operations and solving problems calmly when things go wrong
- Tracking student attendance, fee collection, and teacher performance
- Coordinating with students, parents, teachers, and vendors
- Maintaining records, data,



and money with complete integrity
- Helping set up and manage the systems behind our online courses and recorded content as we grow into an ed-tech platform

Who We're Looking For

- Age 25 to 40
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- 2 to 4 years in operations, administration, teaching, or any management role. Exceptional freshers will also be considered.
- Based in Araria, or willing to relocate.

Salary & Growth

- ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
- Performance bonus after 6 months
- Prospect to grow into a senior role as we build out our ed-tech platform

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
