Job Description:

- Understand the site, setting, culture, and history of the area, as well as the vision of the project.
- Knowledge of local and government regulations, building codes, and local planning and zoning laws.
- Understand drawings, specifications, and construction documents and can provide analysis and summary.
- Assist in all the legal aspects, govt. permissions and community management for all locations.
- Coordinate and manage meetings with all architects and government officials and get the required approvals.
- Upload the documentation for approvals and coordinate with the government officials for all the approvals.
- Understand the regulations, various policies, changes or amendments in byelaws with approval of plans.
- Coordinate with the design team for providing inputs from regulatory approval point of view.
- Prepare municipal drawings for submission in authority for obtaining approvals.
- Prepare all relevant documents like Letters / Applications / Certificates required at various stages of project.
- Understand the site requirements and consider required updates.




- Job requirements
- Must have an updated thorough knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing & basic knowledge of Services (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC works) and overseeing all relevant data on the same coming from sub-contractors.
- Ensure that the liaison drawings meet the required permissible FAR for any category project.
- Preparing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
- Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
- Checking correctness of drawings as per local Municipal norms, design co-ordination with required consultant is a must.
- Must Have Skill Set:
- 5+ years of prior Liaison experience for residential/ commercial/mixed use / Industrial projects.
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements

Qualification: B. Arch / Diploma Architecture

Desired Experience: 5 – 15 years.
