Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare GST/TDS and other statutory data as required.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
- 6 months – 2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
