Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking Operations Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations, ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide operational support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Process banking transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Handle account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Process inward and outward payments, fund transfers, and transaction requests.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking operations and services.
- Monitor operational activities and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers in Banking Operations, Financial Services, NBFC, or Back-Office Operations.
- Knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Experience
