Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site property inspections and technical evaluations
- Prepare detailed valuation reports (residential, commercial, industrial properties)
- Assess construction quality, stage-wise progress, and compliance
- Verify property measurements, approvals, and structural aspects
- Coordinate with bank officials and legal teams for documentation
- Ensure timely submission of accurate and compliant valuation reports

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Prior experience with banks/NBFCs preferred
- Registration with relevant authority (if applicable)
- Solid knowledge of real estate market and local regulations

- Attention to detail and report writing skills
- Familiarity with bank formats and valuation standards
- Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently
