About the Role:

HamBOLDS Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing beauty and personal care company and the sister concern of Sun Chem India, backed by over 30 years of expertise in cosmetic manufacturing. We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to engage with potential customers, resolve their queries, and guide them through their purchase journey. In this role, you will reconnect with customers who have shown interest in our products, build lasting relationships, and help improve conversion rates. Your contribution will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the growth of our D2C business.

Key Responsibilitie:

- Contact customers who have abandoned their shopping carts through calls, emails, or chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions to encourage purchase completion.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Update and maintain customer interactions, follow-ups,



and sales status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to improve customer engagement and cart recovery campaigns.
- Meet daily and monthly conversion and customer engagement targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telesales, inside sales, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Location:

- Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
