About the Role

Karvi Solutions is expanding its creative team and is on the hunt for a versatile Content Writer & Video Editor to join us onsite in Hyderabad. We are looking for a dual-threat storyteller—someone who can craft compelling narratives through words and bring them to life through seamless video editing. If you know how to write scroll-stopping scripts and edit high-retention content, this role is built for you.

You will be working directly with our creative team to produce high-quality digital campaigns, ensuring our messaging is sharp and our visuals are engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Strategy:

- Scriptwriting: Conceptualize and write engaging scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form digital content.
- Copywriting: Craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy for social media campaigns, ad creatives, and digital platforms.
- Ideation: Develop compelling storylines and content calendars that align with brand objectives and current trends.

Video Editing & Production:

- Editing: Assemble and edit high-quality video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut workflows).
- Enhancement: Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, color grading,



and text animations to elevate visual storytelling.
- Content Repurposing: Slice and optimize existing long-form content into bite-sized, engaging clips tailored for specific social media algorithms.

What We’re Looking For

- Dual Expertise: Proven experience in content writing/scriptwriting paired with a solid technical background in video editing.
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing a mix of writing samples (scripts, ad copy) and edited video projects.
- Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of current social media trends, audio trends, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English. Proficiency in Telugu is a strong plus for localizing regional content.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with graphic designers, cinematographers, and marketing strategists in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
