Job Responsibilities – HVAC Technician (1 Year Experience)

- Operate and maintain HVAC systems including Chillers, AHU, and Cooling Towers
- Monitor daily system parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, and current
- Record and maintain log sheets for equipment performance
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Check refrigerant levels and identify leakages
- Ensure proper functioning of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves
- Maintain and monitor pumps (Primary, Secondary, and Condenser Pumps)
- Ensure proper Delta T and system efficiency
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC faults and coordinate with senior engineers for major issues
- Monitor cooling tower performance including inlet/outlet temperatures and approach
- Ensure proper air flow and filter cleaning in AHU units
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during maintenance work
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth functioning of HVAC systems

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
