Required E Commerce Associate for TPF Bharat Private Limited (Matta Naad Brand)

Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, pricing, images, and content across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Handle day-to-day operations on platforms including Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with category managers and platform representatives to improve product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all online channels.
- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and platform-specific offers.
- Monitor sales performance, advertising campaigns, customer reviews, and marketplace KPIs.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Resolve customer issues, returns, and order-related queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller performance ratings.

Preferred candidates with minimum 2 year of experience in the concerned field.
