Evergreen Group of Companies is a leading service provider of HR, compliance, payroll, and manpower solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, UAN generation, and Labour Law documentation.
- Follow up with employees for pending documents required for statutory compliance.
- Prepare attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with client sites regarding manpower deployment and employee documentation.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee queries and assist in grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Candidate experience in Industrial relations, Payroll & Compliance management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,131.59 - ₹40,365.16 per month
