About the Role I am currently overseeing the construction of my home and am seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations. You will act as my primary representative on-site, ensuring that the work adheres to structural plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Your goal is to keep the project on track, on budget, and up to code. Key Responsibilities Daily Supervision: Oversee all site activities, ensuring laborers and subcontractors are following the architectural drawings and structural designs. Quality Control: Inspect all materials delivered to the site and verify the quality of work performed (e.g., masonry, plumbing, electrical, structural framing). Progress Tracking: Monitor the daily progress against the construction schedule and proactively identify potential delays. Coordination: Act as the liaison between the various contractors, laborers, and myself. Safety Enforcement:



Ensure all workers in office adhere to necessary safety protocols. Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on site progress, material usage, and any issues that require my immediate attention. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Proven experience in residential construction (please be prepared to share examples of past residential projects). Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the authority to supervise and direct a crew effectively. (English, kannada, hindi) Role Type: Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Location: C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
