Sales & Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and apply for government and private tenders related to:

- Cold Storage
- Cold Rooms
- Refrigerated Van
- HVAC & Cold Chain Projects
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

2. Generate new business leads for cold storage maintenance and service contracts.

3. Develop relationships with industries, warehouses, food processing units, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and government organizations.

4. Visit clients to understand their requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposals.

5. Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into business.

6. Maintain records of tenders, quotations, customer interactions, and sales reports.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming cold chain projects.

Eligibility

1. Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

2.



2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tendering, or Marketing.

3. Experience in cold storage, refrigeration, HVAC, MEP, industrial equipment, or engineering services will be preferred.

4. Knowledge of GEM Portal, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and government tender processes is an advantage.

5. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.

7. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for field visits.

Pay: ₹12,851.39 - ₹20,723.37 per month
