About the Role

We're building an AI-native recruitment platform — a system of coordinated AI agents that handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting, with the long-term goal of dramatically reducing the manual work required to hire well. We're early in this build and looking for someone who's actually built AI-powered recruitment tooling before to help us go from concept to working product.

This isn't a "use an existing ATS" role — it's a build it from scratch role, working closely with our founding team.

What You'll Work On

- Designing and building the core architecture for a multi-agent recruitment system, including agents for:
- Requirement discovery (translating a hiring need into a structured brief)
- Sourcing strategy (active outreach vs. passive job posting recommendations)
- Job post drafting and distribution
- Candidate follow-up, scheduling, and status tracking
- AI-assisted interviewing and assessment
- Reporting and pipeline analytics (including A/B testing on job postings)
- Solving the practical automation gaps in a real hiring pipeline (e.g. platforms like LinkedIn that resist automation, where a hybrid human+AI approach is needed)




- Working directly with our team to shape product direction — this role has real influence over what gets built, not just execution of a fixed spec

What We're Looking For

- Prior hands-on experience building recruitment, HRMS, or ATS tooling — ideally with some AI/LLM-powered component
- Comfortable working in ambiguity — we have a robust vision but an evolving spec, and we need someone who can help sharpen it, not just execute a finished brief
- Product thinking, not just engineering — you should be able to push back on ideas, propose better ones, and think about what "hands-free recruitment" should actually mean in practice
- Experience with practical constraints of recruitment automation (ATS integrations, calendar/scheduling systems, candidate communication tooling, assessment platforms)

Bonus Points

- Experience building or working with multi-agent AI systems
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance/audit requirements
- A point of view on how much of interviewing and candidate assessment can (and should) be automated

Pay: ₹2,821,452.96 - ₹3,238,963.87 per year
