Primary Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients and potential customers for sales follow-ups and service inquiries

- Maintain records of calls and customer details

- Coordinate with sales team and provide backend support

- Follow up with branch offices to ensure timely updates and smooth coordination

- Prepare and share reports with internal teams on call outcomes and sales updates

- Handle incoming queries professionally and resolve issues when required

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (sales or customer support preferred)

- Fluent in English

- Positive interpersonal and communication skills
