- Guide guests through rules, gameplay, and setup
- Run game nights, events & tournaments
- Recommend games based on age/group size
- Keep game library organized and damage-free
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere

- Customer-first mindset
- Clear communication & patience
- Ability to manage small groups
- Weekend availability (required)
