We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Real Estate Liaison Executive with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all liaisoning activities, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining smooth coordination with government authorities and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with government authorities, municipal corporations, and regulatory bodies for project approvals and permissions
- Manage end-to-end documentation and follow-ups for licenses, NOCs, and statutory clearances
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, rules, and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and officials
- Track the status of approvals and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate with legal, project, and sales teams for required documentation and submissions
- Attend meetings, site visits, and government offices as required




- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all liaison activities
- Resolve issues related to approvals and escalate critical matters promptly

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Law / Real Estate background preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate liaisoning
- Solid knowledge of local authority processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong networking, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

- Experience dealing with municipal corporations and government departments
- Familiarity with real estate project approvals and documentation processes
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
