We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives in promoting banking products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Home Loans, and other financial products. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Allocate daily leads and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales conversion.
- Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for faster loan processing.
- Resolve customer and team escalations promptly.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team performance.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,157.91 per month
