Profile: Investment Banking Head-Finance-Surat-30 LPA

Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or PE/VC advisory
- Proven experience in closing 5-10 deals (fundraising, M&A;, structured finance)
- Experience with mid-market/SME clients or advisory firms preferred
- Exposure to sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, Consumer, Tech preferred

Salary Range: 25 to 30 LPA

Roles:

- Build and drive the investment banking business by generating current client deals and opportunities
- Lead complete execution of financial transactions such as fundraising, M&A;, debt syndication, and valuations
- Develop strong relationships with investors, banks, HNIs, PE/VC funds, and clients
- Prepare financial models, pitch decks, and investment documents
- Coordinate with legal, tax,



and compliance teams for smooth deal closure
- Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of all work
- Lead, hire, and mentor the investment banking team
- Set up processes, systems, and best practices for the IB division
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients on growth and capital structure
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines

Qualification:

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) - Mandatory
- Additional qualifications like IBBI Registered Valuer, CPA, or LLB preferred
- SEBI RIA / Research Analyst registration preferred (not mandatory)
