Job Summary
The Process Coordinator at Metal Fabriks India Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production operations by coordinating workflows, optimizing manufacturing processes, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines
- Monitor shop floor processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Support implementation of process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects, delays, and equipment issues.
- Maintain process documentation and production records.
- Coordinate with stores/logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong knowledge of shop floor operations and production processes
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
