Light Finance is hiring a Sr. Analyst – Delivery Excellence to connect field operations with strategic planning. The role involves analysing business performance, supporting project execution and conducting regular field visits in the microfinance domain.

- Key Responsibilities

- Analyse Business trends across Disbursement, PAR, collection on day-to-day basis.
- Highlight performance gaps and suggest interventions required in allocated regions.
- Conduct field and branch visits to validate proper execution of projects and share actionable feedback from field to HO.
- Coordinate with various team across organization.
- Assist in tracking projects and maintain documented process, follow-up.

- Desired Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/Postgrad in Business, Finance or Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented and a valuable communicator.
- Microfinance experience preferred
- Excel & PowerPoint proficiency (Power BI is a plus)
- Willingness to travel (10–12 days/month)
