WOW STAYZ2 is looking for someone who can bring people, processes and daily execution together.

This is not a desk-only HR role. You’ll manage the complete employee journey, keep teams aligned, track performance, strengthen accountability and work closely with our CXOs to turn plans into action.

In simple terms: you’ll help make sure the right people are doing the right things, at the right time, in the right way.

What you’ll own

- Manage recruitment, on-boarding, employee records, attendance, leave and exit processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs, documentation and HR compliance
- Create clear roles, KRAs, KPIs and performance-review systems
- Allot tasks, define priorities and track progress across departments
- Follow up on pending work and help teams overcome execution roadblocks
- Build, implement and regularly improve company SOPs
- Ensure everyday decisions are aligned with approved policies and processes
- Track individual and departmental performance through practical reports
- Coordinate meetings, record action points and ensure timely closure
- Assist CXOs with planning, communication, follow-ups and confidential assignments
- Identify gaps in people, processes and accountability before they become bigger problems
- Help create a workplace where expectations are clear,

At WOW STAYZ2, you won’t simply maintain HR files or send reminder emails. You’ll have a direct role in shaping how the organisation works, how teams perform and how ideas move from discussion to execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
