Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers (leads) through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Assist customers with loan, insurance, and documentation process.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for vehicle delivery.




- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling ability
- Basic automobile product knowledge
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
- 0–3 years Automobile sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
