About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage and execute large-scale WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent MS Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business/API marketing tools. This role requires someone who is analytical, organized, and capable of handling high-volume customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule WhatsApp broadcasts and automated campaigns.
- Manage customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Segment customer lists using advanced Excel for targeted campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Monitor delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign content and execution.
- Maintain customer communication templates and ensure brand consistency.
- Handle customer queries received through WhatsApp professionally.
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and data privacy guidelines.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign engagement and conversions.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business/API platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF functions
- Charts & Dashboards
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of email marketing or digital marketing channels is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
