- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Experience with designing and implementing custom components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software integration and performance.
- Familiarity with up-to-date software development tools and version control systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
