Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor daily IT operations and system performance
- Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, network issues)
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Maintain IT assets inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
- Ensure network connectivity, internet uptime, and security
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and issue resolution
- Support ERP/software implementation and troubleshooting
- Maintain data backup and recovery processes
- Ensure IT policies, security standards, and compliance are followed
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding (system access, email setup, etc.)
- Prepare reports on IT performance and issues

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting




- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, basic Linux knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database basics
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science / related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or coordination role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
