Job Summary

The PRO Routing Executive will be responsible for planning delivery routes, coordinating with drivers and

vendors, monitoring fleet movement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations. The

candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational

workplace.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and optimize daily routes for drivers and delivery operations.

● Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams for timely dispatch.

● Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery performance.

● Handle routing issues, delivery escalations, and operational challenges.

● Ensure proper allocation of vehicles based on operational requirements.





● Maintain daily MIS reports, trip records, and routing updates.

● Track delivery status and maintain communication with stakeholders.

● Support last-mile delivery and fleet management activities.

● Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Required Skills

● Good understanding of routing and logistics operations.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

● Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria

● Graduation preferred.

● 1–3 years of experience in logistics, routing, transportation, or 3PL operations.

● Experience in fleet coordination or last-mile delivery operations is an advantage.
