About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IT Trainer to join our Skill Development Training Centre in South Delhi. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands on training to youth for employability, with a focus on:

- MS Office, Excel & Advanced Excel
- Digital Literacy (Email, Internet, Typing)
- Google Workspace tools

The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring young learners. Prior experience in Skill India projects (CSR, PMKVY, Non-PMKVY, State Skill Development Missions, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline classroom training sessions on:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MS Excel & Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
- Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides
- Internet usage, email communication, and digital literacy
- Basic computer operations and typing skills
- Interview Preparation (Resume Building, Mock Interviews)
- Design and deliver engaging training modules, assignments, and assessments as per QP (Qualification Pack).
- Provide individual mentoring and support to ensure effective learning outcomes.




- Monitor and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with latest tools, software, and training practices.
- Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training documentation.
- Foster a motivating, professional, and learner-friendly classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Graduate (any discipline.)
- 5 years of experience as an IT Trainer / Faculty / Corporate Trainer.
- Strong expertise in MS Office, Excel & Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of internet, email, digital literacy, and typing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for training and teaching youth.
- NASSCOM-certified Trainer in SSC/Q2212 (Domestic Data Entry Operator / Digital Mitra).
- Ability to manage batches effectively and inspire learners.
