• Overall, 3 years of experience with at least 1 years of experience in leading the test activities on ServiceNow projects

• Has very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the modules

• Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, Test estimates Experience in leading Test Teams, managing the test executions in an iterative, continuous integration setting, and test results review and reporting

• Collaborates with the Project stakeholders and involves in defect triage/prioritization activities

• Coach and guide the Test Team members to meet the overall test objectives
