Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, custom application development, and AI -driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role focuses on leveraging the latest capabilities from Zurich/Yokohama releases to build modern, scalable, and intelligent workflows, going beyond traditional ITSM configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD)
- Build custom Playbooks and Declarative Actions
- Develop custom applications using App Engine
- Create UI using UI Builder, Workspace, and custom screens
- Implement Now Assist and AI Studio capabilities
- Explore Agentic AI for workflow automation
- Work with IntegrationHub and ensure proper data binding
- Develop logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs
