Role Overview
We are hiring a ServiceNow Automation Architect to lead high -impact platform initiatives and drive enterprise -scale automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep ServiceNow expertise with solid architectural thinking to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
You will own end -to -end automation, focusing on complex integrations, multi -system orchestration, and evolving the platform toward AI -driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Own automation roadmap and modernize legacy workflows
- Build scalable solutions using Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
Enterprise Integrations
- Design and govern integrations across systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ERP)
- Define standards for REST, SOAP, APIs, and custom spokes
Automation & DevOps
- Lead ATF adoption and ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines
Experience Design
- Deliver intuitive UI using Workspace, UI Builder, and Service Portal
Leadership & Governance
- Define coding standards, conduct reviews, and mentor developers
Innovation & AI
- Drive adoption of AI Search, Now Intelligence, and Agentic AI

Experience
- 6+ years in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in Lead/Architect role
Core Skills
- IntegrationHub, APIs, OAuth 2.0, system integrations
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, async processing
- Flow Designer, Subflows, Process Automation Designer
- UI Builder / Service Portal development
- CMDB & CSDM knowledge
