Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other middleware tools.
- Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional ServiceNow projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and performance standards.
Mentor junior developers and guide offshore teams on ServiceNow best practices.
- Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing business processes and identify automation opportunities using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog. Ensure consistent user experience across modules.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate business goals into technical requirements. Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and technical reviews.
- Agile Methodology:
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization to deliver continuous improvement in ServiceNow capabilities.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, integrations, and changes. Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and governance standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.
- Modules: Expertise in HRSD and ITSM, with proven success in delivering scoped applications and enterprise integrations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
