Prepare bulk migration strategies including agent deployment, template mapping, and firewall rule configuration. Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration. Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams to define key metrics. Build dashboards visualising application health, performance, and SLA adherence. Implement golden signals (latency, error rate, throughput, saturation) for service health monitoring.
