Content Quality Assurance & Review

- Review all business listings before publication to ensure the information is accurate, complete, and aligned with the platform's content standards.
- Verify business details such as company name, contact information, website, address, operating hours, service offerings, and category placement for correctness.
- Proofread and edit business profiles, service descriptions, event listings, and promotional content to eliminate grammatical, spelling, formatting, and factual errors.
- Ensure consistency in writing style, tone of voice, formatting, and branding across all business listings.
- Cross-check uploaded images, logos, banners, and other media assets to ensure they meet quality, size, and branding guidelines.
- Validate that all mandatory fields, supporting documents, links, and digital assets are present before approving a listing for publication.
- Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate information and communicate explicit feedback to the Listing Team for corrections and updates.




- Track pending corrections and follow up with the Listing Team to ensure identified issues are resolved within the defined turnaround time.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure service pages, event listings, offers, and business profiles function correctly and display properly across the platform.
- Maintain detailed records of quality review observations, recurring issues, and approval status to improve the overall content publishing process.
- Collaborate with the Listing, Content, and Product teams to continuously improve content quality standards and review processes.
- Ensure all approved listings comply with the platform's editorial guidelines, content policies, and user experience standards before going live.
- Recommend process improvements and quality checklists to reduce publishing errors and maintain a high standard of content accuracy.
- Support periodic audits of live listings to identify outdated information and coordinate timely updates with the relevant teams.
