We are looking for a focused Business Development Executive to manage our outreach, qualify new opportunities, and help grow our client portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients (founders and product owners) via LinkedIn, email, and targeted outbound channels.
- Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements, project scopes, and business goals.
- Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate our capabilities in web and mobile development to prospective clients, alignment with their technical needs.
- Proposal Coordination:



Work with our engineering team to gather technical estimates and help draft accurate project proposals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and organized tracking of all leads.

Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of business development experience specifically within the software development or tech agency space.
- Domain Knowledge: A foundational understanding of software development terms (MVPs, tech stacks, agile delivery) to communicate effectively with founders.
- Communication: Strong professional communication skills (written and spoken English) for engaging with global clients.
- Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and standard outbound sales tools.
- Approach: Professional, structured, and capable of working independently in an office environment.
