Job Responsibilities:

- Design PCB schematics using OrCAD Capture and Cadence Capture CIS.
- Create circuit diagrams for memory products.
- Select electronic components and prepare BOM.
- Design interfaces like DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR, NAND Flash, eMMC, UFS, PCIe, NVMe, SPI, I2C, and UART.
- Design power supply, clock, and reset circuits.
- Work with PCB layout engineers.
- Review PCB layouts for SI/PI and manufacturability.
- Support board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation.
- Maintain schematic documents.

Required Skills

- OrCAD Capture / Cadence Capture CIS.
- Digital circuit design.
- DDR4/DDR5, NAND Flash, eMMC, UFS, PCIe, NVMe.
- Power supply and clock design.
- Component selection and BOM creation.
- SI/PI basics.

Preferred Skills

- Board bring-up and hardware debugging.
- Knowledge of PCIe and NVMe.
- DFM, DFT, and EMI/EMC basics.
