Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 years years in Plumbing & Fire Fighting projects execution

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and execute Plumbing and Fire Fighting projects. The candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and ensuring quality work, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site execution of Plumbing & Fire Fighting works.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.

Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and standards.

Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase department.

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

Handle testing, commissioning,



and project handover.

Verify subcontractor bills and prepare client RA bills.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Resolve technical issues at site and provide engineering solutions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, hospital, and industrial projects.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Good communication and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, or Public Health Engineering.

2-3 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience in MEP project execution.

Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and Fire Safety Standards.

Experience in billing, quantity estimation, and material planning.

Leadership and problem-solving skills.
